Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases made in the NEOLUX online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

NEOLUX is an online store for LED lighting and decor based in Seville (Spain). You can contact us at sergio.empresario67@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price in effect when you place your order always applies.

3. How to buy

Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and pay. When you confirm your order we send you a confirmation email, which serves as your proof of purchase. The contract is concluded in Spanish.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and we never have access to your card details. Your card is charged when you confirm the order.

5. Availability and cancellations

If a product sells out after you place your order, we'll let you know and refund your money within a maximum of 14 days. You can cancel your order free of charge by emailing us before it leaves the warehouse.

6. Shipping

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase. All the details are in Returns and refunds.

8. Guarantee

All products carry the legal guarantee for lack of conformity established by Spanish law. If a product fails, email us and we'll repair it, replace it or refund your money.

9. Personal data

We process your data only to manage your order and, if you agree, to send you news. More information in our Privacy policy.

10. Complaints and applicable law

If you have any problem, email us and we'll find a solution. These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
