At NEOLUX we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or shop in our store, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (Ley Orgánica 3/2018).

What data we collect

  • Contact and shipping data: name, address, email and phone number.
  • Order data: products purchased, amounts and payment method. Your card details are processed by the payment provider; we never see them.
  • Browsing data: device, browser, IP address and how you use the website, through cookies.
  • Communications: what you write to us when you contact us.

What we use it for

  • Managing and shipping your orders, returns and refunds (legal basis: performance of the contract).
  • Answering your questions (legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest).
  • Sending you news and offers, only if you have agreed (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • Preventing fraud and meeting our legal and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to serve you: Shopify (store and payments platform), the warehouses and fulfillment partners that prepare your order, the carriers that deliver it and, if you give your consent, marketing tools. Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area; in those cases appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

Shopify processes some data as an independent controller. You can read its policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy and exercise your rights with Shopify at privacy.shopify.com.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to manage your order and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting and tax records). Data for news and offers, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at sergio.empresario67@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store and the cart to work and, with your permission, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage them from the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Minors

The store is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version here with its date.
