Delivery times
- Spain and European Union: 15 to 20 days from when you place your order.
- Other countries: 20 to 30 days from when you place your order.
Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages. These times are estimates: during busy periods or due to carrier delays they may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. You can check it on the Track your order page.
Customs
Shipments within the European Union don't pay customs. If you order from outside the EU, your country may charge taxes or duties on delivery, and these are on you.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, or the tracking isn't moving, email us at sergio.empresario67@gmail.com and we'll sort it out: we'll send you another one or refund your money. Please double-check your shipping address before paying.
